Delete your BrokeMap account

1. Sign in with the email address you use for BrokeMap.
2. Tick the box and tap “Ask to delete my account”.
3. Posting and saving stop once we start. We aim to finish within 7 days, and your account page shows how it’s going.

Can’t sign in? Email admin@meridianlabssoftware.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.

What we delete

• Your account and email address
• Your saved meals
• The meals, notes, photos and reports you added (your name comes off any report)
• Your display name for posts, and any feedback you sent

What stays

Meal details that other people have also confirmed stay on BrokeMap, with no link to you. Copies in our providers’ backups can take longer to expire.
